Maintenance and care instructions:

Here are some instructions to maintain the appearance and longevity of TPWood products:

+ In case of oil spills or stains: After processing, because the wood powder base layer has been covered on the surface to create a wood-like feel for TPwood products, oil can penetrate deep into the surface layer of the product. To remove oil stains, you can use acetone, xylene or methanol solution soaked in a cloth and wipe along the grain of the wood to remove it. If the oil stain still cannot be completely removed after trying to clean the surface, you can use sandpaper (40-80) to sand along the grain.

+ For common stains: Dilute a small amount of detergent (soap) with water and use a cloth to wipe along the grain. Then, use a wet cloth to wipe off the detergent and stains.

+ Red wine (or dark liquid): After the wine is spilled, wipe it off before it dries with a damp cloth soaked in a common household detergent. If the stain cannot be removed, continue wiping the surface for a while until it is as clean as possible, let it dry and use sandpaper (40-80) to sand carefully in the direction of the wood grain.

Please note: the wood surface may change slightly if you use the sanding method.

Can TPWood wood plastic be painted or stained with colored oil?

All TPWood products do not need to be painted or stained. However, if you want to paint or stain, the paint and color oil must be selected according to technical standards and must be carefully checked before construction. Before painting the entire area, test the paint or color solution on a small part of the product’s surface to make sure you choose the right color and type of paint to achieve the desired results.

Warranty: The product is covered by a 01-year commercial warranty applicable to all TPWood Wood Plastic models (return policy). Please note that sanding, improper installation, painting or oiling, careless storage, torn packaging, dirt or strong external impact causing damage to the product… may void the warranty.
